Our eCommerce delivery service API integrates directly into your retail supply chain; we manage freight planning, importing/exporting, kitting, serial coding, stock management, storing, picking, single and onward bulk shipping. We also offer fast, reliable freight services for retail through our partnership with Cargocall which is the freight division of Sprint Logistics.
For order management, as well as our own platform we can also easily integrate into the following platforms: Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Woocommerce, Squarespace, Magento, ShipStation, Linnworks, ShopWired as well as other eCommerce platforms. For the UK and International eCommerce deliveries and International shipping, we are linked to most large carriers including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, DPD, Yodel, Royal Mail, Hermes, Landmark and Asendia for both courier and mail delivery options.

Amazon Fulfilled By Merchant is a fulfilment method where an Amazon seller (client) is responsible for fulfilling their products purchased on Amazon. We manage the inventory through our warehouse for clients (sellers).

What Sprint Logistics do:
- We retrieve an order through the application.
- We then pick, pack and make it ready for the required service (Standard/Next day) shipment.
- We then get the delivery instructions from the client’s choice of carrier (see our range of carriers above) and we then follow by printing the label that will then be placed on the item (product).
- We shipped the item.
- Our system updates the tracking in Amazon through Amazon and Sprint Logistics’ inbuilt API.
Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) is a fulfilment method that allows Amazon Sellers to display the Amazon Prime badge on orders fulfilled via their own warehouse or third-party logistics (us). We manage the inventory through our warehouse for the client (Seller) and we manage the delivery through an Amazon preferred carrier.

What Sprint Logistics do:
- Clients add either our carrier account details into Amazon or if they use their carrier account details in Amazon (the client provides us with those details which we later use when printing delivery labels).
- We retrieve an order through our application.
- We then pick, pack and make it ready for the next day service shipment.
- We then get the delivery instructions carrier label from Amazon through an integrated API.
- We then shipped the item (product).
- Follow up, the tracking automatically updates on the client’s Amazon account.

We automatically retrieve orders from your choice of location, pick and pack them with an industry-leading accuracy of 99.9%, and keep you and your customers updated in real time.
Packed orders are automatically allocated to the most cost- and time-effective ecommerce shipping service before being dispatched to the carrier.
Once goods get returned to us our highly skilled team check them to your specific requirements and then proceed to update your account promptly.

Online Stock Control
Our custom-built and managed WMS (Warehouse Management System) connects directly through API into all of the mainstream eCommerce platforms via a simple API plugin configuration. This enables the vendor to easily access the full suite of stock control reports available on their selling platform.
