They offer an unrivalled ability to tailor global solutions including logistics and import process management, installation engineering support, maintenance and ongoing engineering support.

Provide a comprehensive storage solution throughout Europe with 24/7 distribution capabilities. This would need to ensure emergency IT spares reached the client destinations within four hours of the emergency call to ensure to fix timescales are met. The company was rolling out a project whereby strategic storage solutions were required throughout Europe on a rolling basis, they needed a partner to be able to pick goods and despatch 24/7 to fulfil the project service levels being flexible and efficient to work around their needs.

INNOVATION

In 2013 our client turned to Sprint. Utilising our extensive network throughout Europe we were able to transition stock from their current provider to our facilities, implementing a Customer Service delivered solution for our client resulting in a controlled and compliant service.

RESULTS

For our client, the change to Sprint has resulted in an improved service for their engineering resource, a significant reduction in cost and improved data (Management Information) providing a more transparent service to internal and external stakeholders.
