Royal Mail unable to despatch international Consignments after ‘Cyber Incident’

Royal Mail

Dear Customer,

Royal Mail is temporarily advising customers to hold any export mail while it tries to resolve the issue. There are also minor delays to posts coming into the UK, but domestic deliveries are unaffected.

Royal Mail added that it had launched an investigation into the incident, was “working with external experts” and “sincerely apologised” to customers for the disruption and have apologised for the inconvenience and are “working around the clock to resolve the disruption.”

Sprint Logistics has many international carrier options for you during these periods. However, we would need you to confirm as soon as possible to secure additional space for your goods to be sent out on time as our other carriers will be under additional pressure to carry out these actions during this cyber incident.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact your Account Manager. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best Regards,

The Sprint Logistics Team
