Dear customer,
Further Royal Mail strike action is to take place and is likely to cause some further disruption throughout the industry before Christmas with an already major backlog of parcels within its network.
The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take further national strike action on the following additional dates:
- Friday 9th December 2022
- Sunday 11th December 2022
- Wednesday 14th December 2022
- Thursday 15th December 2022
- Friday 23rd December 2022
- Saturday 24th December 2022
A weather change has further impacted domestic disruption and is having a knock-on effect on other domestic carriers for deliveries around the Christmas and new year period.
Sprint Logistics has many domestic carrier options for you during these periods. However, we would need you to confirm as soon as possible to secure additional space for your goods to be sent out on time as our other carriers will be under additional pressure to carry out these actions during the strikes.
