Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you of an important change coming into effect on 2 February 2026. From this date, Eircodes (postcodes) will be required for all International Carriers shipments to and from Ireland.
An Eircode is Ireland’s smart postcode system, a unique 7-digit code assigned to every residential and business address. All International Carriers will soon require a full and accurate Eircode for shipping labels to be created.
Without a valid Eircode, shipments will not be able to be processed.
Please note that this change does not apply to TNT shipments.
To ensure a smooth transition, we strongly recommend updating your address books, systems, and any customer databases ahead of this change.
